I only attended Ann Demeulemeester yesterday as I was far too lethargic after my 5am start, I know I know take my blogger card away!

Ann Demeulemeester AW14 is the first collection not designed by Ann (as she has now stepped down from her label) and I was intrigued to see the progression of the label without it’s creator. Design vision can easily get skewed when other people enter the mix, I was a little scared the collection wouldn’t be what I’m used to in terms of aesthetics but it was truly. I loved every piece that went down that runway- there was plenty of black and even some bronze.

Location: 15 rue de l’Ecole de Médecine. A convent(yes seriously!)

Highlights: I loved the draping, oversized silk blouses and ofcourse the abundance of leather in the form of knee-high boots.

Beauty: Bare with a touch of subtle crimson, sleeked back ponytails slightly vampiric.
