So this season I was invited down to the Burberry screening and headed down to the store with my pals Ree and Millie for a champagne reception and ofcourse the show on a super massive screen (the footage was shot on the iPhone 5s).Burberry SS14 LFW London Fashion Week
My highlight was the jewelled see through cape Cara Delevingne wore … such a chic way to keep dry and ofcourse its perfect to showcase a great outfit. I wonder if it will actually make it into production?

Colour trend– I also loved the shades of lavender in the collection. The lace and applique skirt in the centre was one of my favourites.
Key pieces – lace pencil skirts, embroidered lace coats and angora light mint cardigan.
Pastels are hard to do without making them seem old or mumsy but I feel Christopher Bailey and his team did a stellar job with a collection that will definitely have many takers!
The Finale– rose petals fell as the models took the final march down the catwalk
