I love me some Kerry Washington, I liked her in Last King of Scotland, payed attention to her in For Colored Girls and like everyone else am obsessed with her as Olivia in Scandal.

Okay so I’ve always thought she looked like she was about to cry all the time but it turns out she doesn’t wear eyeliner!
