Fitness| Update
I’ve been working out with Lucy looks lately, I find it funny how our trainers have the same colour scheme lol.
I’ve been hitting the gym 3/4 times a week or running when I couldn’t face it and I can now see big changes and ofcourse I have dropped the extra pounds.
Keep going I’m certainly glad I didn’t perseverance pays of at some point I’ll do a before and after eek.
I feel amazing after working out its the getting to the gym part thats difficult lol.
Stick at it ladies!
