Okay so I know your not supposed to wear trainers with dress but this outfit with Puma trainers totally works! When I saw the burgundy motif on these sneakers I just had to wear them my way – read with a bodycon polo neck dress. I like wearing trainers this way and making them more feminine.
The trainers came with burgundy laces but I  prefer the black ones*

I wore this outfit while hanging out with the boys and having a pretty chilled day this weekend.

It would have been perfect for a day at uni too- comfy but fashion enough for a fashion student!

your style is just so laid back and simple but nice. i would have never thought to wear a dress like that with trainers but you do it so effortlessly. as if those trainers are only £50 i just bought some in blue because of you

Um I’m no expert but I just do weights and body pump for my arms, ab work for my stomach, squats with waits and kettle bells and rowing on the rowing machines.
