I arrived at a lovely venue in London, I was greeted by a lovely receptionist and walked up the spiral staircase and walked in to what can only be described as high street clothing heaven.
Every one was overly nice; the food fantastic and the clothes themselves have me so excited for Autumn/Winter I’m already wishing the sun away.
The collection is split in to 5 sections.
Eclectic Lady which is all glamour, colour and luxury. Inspired by the 70’s there is alot of faux fur knee and thigh skimming statement dresses and accessories galore.
The Modernist is more 60’s think overly fashionable tomboy mainly neutral colour palate there are structured skirts, scalloped hem short and leather accents on everything from collars to sleeves to hems.
Age of Nostalgia is 1930’s at its best, there is alot of prints, dropwaist coats, brogues, pussybow blouses and buckle covered bags.
Northen Tribe is full of cosy knits, hats, scarves, gilets, checks, faux fur and the most delectable white poncho.
Cocktail Bird is evening wear at its best, there was so much detailing, sequins, beads and pleats that my inner magpie was truly satisfied. The colour palette is more nude but the detail still makes it a strong contender and will have you looking effortlessly glam.
Once again there is a Limited Edition line dedicated to 1920’s style think palazzo pants, pleats, bows, tea dresses, fringing, beading all in glamorously jewel shades of teal, blue and magenta as well as camels, blacks, greys and ivory.
Highlights were the shoes and accesories that will make any outfit go from okay to fabulous.
Are you as excited as I am?
