Summer for me means shedding my uniform of jeans and embracing skirts, dresses and shorts and inorder to do so confidently hair removal plays a part. Thankfully now that I epilate with the Braun Silk Epil 9 my legs stay hair free for longer – I’m a fan of anything that simplifies my beauty routine.Braun #BreakFree
A couple of weeks back I headed to the Rosewood Hotel for a fun day hosted by the Braun UK beauty team and The Apartment. Our day began with breakfast and a chat about how we’d all got on with the Silk Epil 9 turns out I wasn’t the only one who’d been surprised by how easy it was to use.
After our breakfast we headed out to shop for our shoot armed with £100 and told to pick an outfit that helped show of our lovely legs and helped us ‘break free’. I’m sure the people in Covent Garden were not prepared for our en mass arrival, we gave your pins a good workout browsing the stores and an hour late we had our outfits.
I decided to style a shirt dress from Gap as I’d always wanted one. We headed back to the hotel, nibbled on some yummy afternoon tea then prepped ourselves for out shoot. Hair was blow dried and straighten using Braun styling tool, our legs were buffed and primed using the exfoliating brush and massage head on the Braun Silk Epil 9 by Nathalie Eleni who does lots of celebrities pre red carpet beauty so she knew what she was doing.
Our shoot locations were all over the gorgeous Rosewood Hotel but Kris, Andrew and I headed to the gorgeous marble staircase to shoot my look. I had such an amazing day surrounded by seriously awesome people. A big thank you to Braun and The Apartment for having me!
